Think back to gym class for a second. I am not talking about the matching 2 piece set or the teacher. I am talking about that specific moment when someone said "let's run it" and for the next hour nothing else mattered.
I spent years trying to find that feeling again as an adult. Intramural leagues help but there just isn't a community feel to them like there was back in the day. You show up, play your game, and go home. There was no real connection.
Eventually I stopped searching and started building instead.
Adult Gym Class began in 2023 with a simple flag football game in a Chicago park. We had no sponsors and no jerseys. We just had a group of adults who wanted to get outside and play.
We did it again in 2024 and 2025. Every year more people show up but the energy stays exactly the same.
Tomorrow we do it again.

You do not need any experience to join us. Some people show up with that "I used to be nice at this" energy while others just want to have fun and meet new people. Both are exactly what we are looking for.
This is AGC. It is a community where the game is just an excuse to connect. The workout happens naturally but the fun is the actual point.
